CT63 Terminal (Cinterion-based)
CT63 terminal contains the latest module generation of Cinterion and supports industrial data transfer applications with the range of functions of the feature-rich Cinterion TC63.
The CT63 terminal is a complete plug&play modem respectively cellular terminal that supports Cinterion’s AT command set of the TC63. Thus, it is compatible with Cinterion’s TC35 terminal, MC35 terminal und TC65 terminal.
It communicates via USB 2.0 and RS232. Custom-made versions also include I²C und SPI interfaces. The terminal has an optional JAVA programming feature which enables it to use existing JAVA applications.
The wide voltage range from +5V to +32V and the extended temperature range from -40°C to +80°C permit the use of this terminal in challenging industrial environments.
The CT63 terminal’s power saving mode allows the operation of this device with only 1mA electricity consumption while the GPRS connection is active. CT63 terminal therefore particularly qualifies for battery- and solar-powered applications such as vending machines or intelligent traffic displays.
